Wonderful Privilege for the CREC of North America
Now the Lord has opened up this ministry for the CREC of North America, through Evgeni Kruzhkov, the pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Joy, Karaganda, Kazakhstan. Evgeni was born in 1978 and served as an officer in the Russian Army before going into the ministry in 2000.
He and his wife, Saule, have three children, two daughters and a son. In 2008, seeking a masters degree Evgeni found the Biblical Theological Seminary through searching the web. He enrolled and was surprised to learn that he knew almost nothing about historical Christianity and the Reformed faith.
He has more than made up the difference, has become an excellent student. He is currently the pastor of an evangelical church of over 200 members but feels called to plant a church in Kazakhstan that is in line with the Reformed faith and the historic Christian Church.
Adopting Evgeni and his family as a church planter and sponsoring his future mission church into the CREC would require between $500-$700 per month in total support.

The Keys of the Kingdom
Jesus gave the keys of the Kingdom to leaders of the church, promising universal victory to His Church (Matt. 16:18).
In Acts the pattern of church planting indicates that the churches sent men across cultural and national borders to nourish weaker churches and establish new ones (Acts 11-15).
Therefore, it is local churches which are to take the initiative and responsibility in preaching the Gospel to all creation and sending missionaries to plant churches to the ends of the earth.
