The vision of our ministry is
1. teaching in BTS
2. getting the Ph.D. degree
3. planting and developing local Russian Reformed churches in towns and regions of Latvia
Our vision is to develop Russian local churches on the territory of Latvia. Our church is the only Russian Reformed church in this country. Therefore, our need in CREC is obvious. Our prayer to God is to be a part of the large reformed family and to work towards planting the local reformed churches in all regions of Latvia, because properly all congregations have their meetings in the capital of Latvia, that is in Riga.

The Keys of the Kingdom
Jesus gave the keys of the Kingdom to leaders of the church, promising universal victory to His Church (Matt. 16:18).
In Acts the pattern of church planting indicates that the churches sent men across cultural and national borders to nourish weaker churches and establish new ones (Acts 11-15).
Therefore, it is local churches which are to take the initiative and responsibility in preaching the Gospel to all creation and sending missionaries to plant churches to the ends of the earth.
